Your reservation will be charged from your credit cards (we accept Visa\ MasterCard.
The full amount of the reservation will be charged 14 days or less prior to your arrival.
Your credit card we be used for guarantee purposes in case of any damage at the property.
After making a reservation you will be asked to fill in a check in form (a link will be sent to you after booking).
The check in instructions will be send to you 24-48 hours prior to arrival, and it will instruct you to check in by yourself.
Check in details will be sent only after filling the check in form.
If you cancel the reservation free of charge 14 days or more prior to the arrival date.
If you cancel the reservation less then 14 days days prior to arrival – the full payment will be charged.
If you made a reservation through a different website than ours you must contact them directly for the cancellation and follow their terms and conditions.
Check in time is from 15:00 p.m.
Check out time is until 11:00 a.m.
We do our best to flexible whenever possible. Contact us a few days in advance if you have any problems with the above times and we will try to do what we can to better suit your needs.
The price includes a self accommodation apartment, including linens and towels, basic cleaning products, electricity, WIFI, cable TV and water bills.
You will receive the apartment clean with clean linens and towels at check in.
Extra cleaning is available during your stay for an extra fee.
Most of the furnished vacation apartments have a washer and dryer in the apartment but for those who don’t, we offer laundry services for an additional fee.

You should try and place your request at least 30 days prior to the date you are looking to move in, especially during the high season (May through the end of October).
That will ensure that you get the best options and prices at any time. During the high season most of the furnished holiday apartments we offer are rented in advance, so keep in mind when looking for a short term, centrally located apartment during the summer or holiday season.
You absolutely can. You can do it easily through the website – just select your dates and apartment and follow the reservation process for a price quote. Remember: first come, first served. In order to secure your selected holiday apartment, we recommend that you not delay your booking while the place is still available.
Please be sure to turn off all lights, air conditioning and close all doors and windows, take down the trash if there is any and leave the apartment organized.
No need to clean or wash laundry – we’ll take care of that.
Don’t forget to lock the door behind you, and leave the keys in the safe box.

Each apartment has it’s unique amenities and layout, you can read specificaly in each apartment’s page.
In all apartments you will find an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, plush towels and linen, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen.
A copy of your passport will need to be provided on the check in form (before arrival).
